How it works

1. Find the right gear

Search by machine type, location and dates. Filter by size, make and what you need on site so you only see plant that fits the job.

2. Request and confirm the booking

Send a hire request with your dates and delivery preference. Once the owner accepts and payment is confirmed through Rollout, the booking is locked in.

3. Handover and get to work

Arrange pickup or site delivery, complete a quick condition check, and put the machine to work. Message the owner in-app if anything comes up during the hire.

4. Return and wrap up

Return the machine as agreed, confirm the handover, and leave a review. Payments and platform fees are handled through Rollout according to the booking terms.

Owners can list excavators, graders, loaders, rollers, trucks and more for free. You set the day rate, availability and who you accept.

• Create a listing with photos, specs and your hire rules

• Review hire requests and accept the jobs that suit you
• Get paid through Rollout after a confirmed booking

Need the machine floated to site? Many bookings can include transport through Rollout's approved partner network. Availability depends on the listing, location and booking details.

Transport partners hold their own Goods in Transit insurance. Damage during transport is handled through the transport partner's cover, with Rollout helping coordinate the process.

Hire payments are processed securely through Stripe. Platform fees and owner payouts follow the booking and listing terms shown at checkout.
